Send a LINE message only to customers who selected takeout option

Takeout Orders:

When a customer selects "store pickup" at checkout and requests takeout, you may want to send them a separate LINE message specifically for takeout, in addition to the one for online orders.

Using the default "store pickup" function and setting it to be ready one hour later, you can send LINE notifications thanking the customer for their order and instructing them to pick it up.

You can also consider adding a coupon to encourage customers to make repeat purchases online a few days later, by sending them a series of follow-up messages.
